# Selfpause vs Daily Affirmations

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Selfpause at 338 against Daily Affirmations's 7. On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Selfpause sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $6.49 per month and Daily Affirmations sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.6 for Selfpause against 4.6 for Daily Affirmations. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Selfpause has 338 ratings behind it against 7, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
