# Barrie TOD vs YRT On

The clearest difference is rating: YRT On at 4.8 against Barrie TOD's 1.0. YRT On also leads on ratings volume (13 vs 1). Barrie TOD's advantage is review sentiment (50% vs 16%) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

YRT On holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: YRT On has 13 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 50% of Barrie TOD's written reviews are positive against 16% of YRT On's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Barrie TOD ships an update every 4 weeks, YRT On every 5 weeks. Both last shipped on November 3, 2026.
