# Gold Grillz vs PALACE

The clearest difference is update cadence: PALACE at every 2 months against Gold Grillz's every 26 months. PALACE also leads on ratings volume (40 vs 3) and review sentiment (61% vs 50%). Gold Grillz's advantage is rating (4.7 vs 4.3). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Gold Grillz holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: PALACE has 40 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 50% of Gold Grillz's written reviews are positive against 61% of PALACE's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Gold Grillz ships an update every 26 months, PALACE every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
