# Alacrity Connect vs Mitigate

The clearest difference is update cadence: Mitigate at fortnightly against Alacrity Connect's every 3 months. Mitigate also leads on ratings volume (97 vs 8) and review sentiment (8% vs 0%). Alacrity Connect's advantage is rating (2.3 vs 2.0) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 17.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Alacrity Connect holds the better App Store score, 2.3 against 2.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Mitigate has 97 ratings behind it against 8, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 0% of Alacrity Connect's written reviews are positive against 8% of Mitigate's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Alacrity Connect ships an update every 3 months, Mitigate fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and October 16, 2026 respectively.
