# MTBMap Nordic vs Rig Log

The clearest difference is ads: MTBMap Nordic at none against Rig Log's shown. Rig Log's advantage is update cadence (weekly vs every 5 weeks) and iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.0). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. MTBMap Nordic sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and Rig Log sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
