# iFunRecord vs 破事儿

The clearest difference is update cadence: 破事儿 at every 2 weeks against iFunRecord's every 4 weeks. iFunRecord's advantage is iOS requirement (13.0 vs 16.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. iFunRecord sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and 破事儿 sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per year. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

iFunRecord ships an update every 4 weeks, 破事儿 every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 26, 2026 and October 28, 2026 respectively.
