# Scrambled vs Word Connect

The clearest difference is rating: Word Connect at 4.6 against Scrambled's 3.0. Word Connect also leads on ratings volume (25K vs 2). Scrambled's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and iOS requirement (10.0 vs 13.0). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Scrambled sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $2.49 per 7 days and Word Connect sells 14 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Word Connect holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Word Connect has 25K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.
