# Dimensional vs NestLog

Dimensional and NestLog both sit at 4.9 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of NestLog's written reviews are positive against 67% of Dimensional's. Dimensional's advantage is update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 5 months) and ratings volume (8.7K vs 2). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Dimensional sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $19.99 per month and NestLog sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Dimensional against 5.0 for NestLog. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Dimensional has 8.7K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 67% of Dimensional's written reviews are positive against 100% of NestLog's.

Dimensional ships an update every 3 weeks, NestLog every 5 months. The most recent releases landed on October 17, 2026 and October 15, 2026 respectively.
