# Vacuus vs Piccolo

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Piccolo at 658 against Vacuus's 1. Piccolo also leads on update cadence (every 4 days vs every 2 weeks). Vacuus's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.7) and iOS requirement (13.1 vs 26.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Vacuus sells 2 one-off in-app purchases and Piccolo sells 2 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Vacuus holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Piccolo has 658 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Vacuus ships an update every 2 weeks, Piccolo every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 8, 2026 and October 22, 2026 respectively.
