# Resize it vs Image Size Change

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Resize it at 66% against Image Size Change's 25%. Resize it also leads on ratings volume (1.1K vs 3). Image Size Change's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.7) and update cadence (every 5 days vs every 2 weeks). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Image Size Change holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Resize it has 1.1K ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 66% of Resize it's written reviews are positive against 25% of Image Size Change's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Resize it ships an update every 2 weeks, Image Size Change every 5 days. Both last shipped on November 3, 2026.
