# Resize it vs Image Optimizer

The clearest difference is rating: Resize it at 4.7 against Image Optimizer's 1.0. Resize it also leads on ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (1.1K vs 1). Image Optimizer's advantage is iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.0). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Resize it holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Resize it has 1.1K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
