# BlueFind vs Slip

The clearest difference is update cadence: Slip at monthly against BlueFind's every 20 months. BlueFind's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 18.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. BlueFind sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Slip sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $5.99 per year. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

BlueFind ships an update every 20 months, Slip monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 28, 2026 respectively.
