# Railstream vs Engine Sound

The clearest difference is ads: Engine Sound at none against Railstream's shown. Railstream's advantage is device support (4 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.6 vs 18.0). On price and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Railstream sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $12.99 per month and Engine Sound sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
