# Statiq vs EVDC

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Statiq at 72% against EVDC's 40%. Statiq also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and update cadence (every 5 days vs every 2 weeks). EVDC's advantage is device support (3 vs 1). On price, ratings volume, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Statiq holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 4.3. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 26 and 28 respectively. Written reviews point the same way: 72% of Statiq's written reviews are positive against 40% of EVDC's.

Statiq ships an update every 5 days, EVDC every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 20, 2026 and October 19, 2026 respectively.
