# Truthbrush vs Autobrush®

The clearest difference is ads: Truthbrush at none against Autobrush®'s shown. Truthbrush also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and rating (4.5 vs 4.3). Autobrush®'s advantage is review sentiment (73% vs 52%). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Truthbrush holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Truthbrush has 696 ratings behind it against 54, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 52% of Truthbrush's written reviews are positive against 73% of Autobrush®'s, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Truthbrush ships an update every 9 days, Autobrush® monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 27, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
