# Laite Spanish vs ScriptPad

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Laite Spanish at 16 against ScriptPad's 1. ScriptPad's advantage is update cadence (every 11 days vs every 4 weeks). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Laite Spanish sells 10 one-off in-app purchases and ScriptPad sells 9 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Laite Spanish against 5.0 for ScriptPad. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Laite Spanish has 16 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Laite Spanish ships an update every 4 weeks, ScriptPad every 11 days. The most recent releases landed on September 30, 2026 and September 23, 2026 respectively.
