# Elton vs Mer Connect

The clearest difference is rating: Elton at 4.7 against Mer Connect's 1.6. Elton also leads on review sentiment (48% vs 22%) and ratings volume (324 vs 8). Mer Connect's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (ad-supported vs free with in-app purchases). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
