# Noon VPN vs Cable VPN

Noon VPN and Cable VPN both sit at 4.4 stars, but that hides the real split: 69% of Cable VPN's written reviews are positive against 38% of Noon VPN's. Cable VPN also leads on update cadence (fortnightly vs every 3 months) and ratings volume (726 vs 112). Noon VPN's advantage is iOS requirement (11.0 vs 13.0). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Noon VPN sells 3 one-off in-app purchases and Cable VPN sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Cable VPN holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Cable VPN has 726 ratings behind it against 112, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 38% of Noon VPN's written reviews are positive against 69% of Cable VPN's.

Noon VPN ships an update every 3 months, Cable VPN fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 27, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
