# Clapper vs Blowly!

The clearest difference is ads: Blowly! at none against Clapper's shown. Clapper's advantage is review sentiment (53% vs 19%) and update cadence (every 8 days vs every 2 months). On price, rating, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Clapper sells 6 one-off in-app purchases and Blowly! sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Clapper holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Clapper has 86K ratings behind it against 1.3K, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 53% of Clapper's written reviews are positive against 19% of Blowly!'s.

Clapper ships an update every 8 days, Blowly! every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and October 27, 2026 respectively.
