# Widget Web 26 vs Top Four

The clearest difference is rating: Top Four at 4.7 against Widget Web 26's 4.2. Top Four also leads on update cadence (every 4 days vs every 6 weeks). Widget Web 26's advantage is review sentiment (65% vs 50%) and ratings volume (170 vs 35). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Widget Web 26 sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 3 months and Top Four sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Top Four holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.2. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 170 and 35 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 65% of Widget Web 26's written reviews are positive against 50% of Top Four's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Widget Web 26 ships an update every 6 weeks, Top Four every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 13, 2026 and October 6, 2026 respectively.
