# bartleby vs AI Math

The clearest difference is review sentiment: AI Math at 67% against bartleby's 24%. AI Math also leads on monetization model (free with in-app purchases vs subscription) and update cadence (weekly vs monthly). bartleby's advantage is ratings volume (2.5K vs 267). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. bartleby sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $9.99 per month and AI Math sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

AI Math holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: bartleby has 2.5K ratings behind it against 267, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 24% of bartleby's written reviews are positive against 67% of AI Math's.

bartleby ships an update monthly, AI Math weekly. Both last shipped on October 19, 2026.
