# Linklemo vs Security Home

The clearest difference is rating: Security Home at 4.3 against Linklemo's 1.8. Security Home also leads on ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (11K vs 719). Linklemo's advantage is monetization model (free with in-app purchases vs subscription) and update cadence (every 5 weeks vs every 3 months). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Linklemo sells 2 one-off in-app purchases and Security Home sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Security Home holds the better App Store score, 4.3 against 1.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Security Home has 11K ratings behind it against 719, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 7% of Linklemo's written reviews are positive against 19% of Security Home's.

Linklemo ships an update every 5 weeks, Security Home every 3 months. Both last shipped on November 3, 2026.
