# Fasting Tracker App vs 16

The clearest difference is update cadence: 16 at every 5 days against Fasting Tracker App's every 6 weeks. 16 also leads on rating (4.9 vs 4.6). Fasting Tracker App's advantage is ratings volume (866 vs 64) and review sentiment (61% vs 50%). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Fasting Tracker App sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and 16 sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

16 holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Fasting Tracker App has 866 ratings behind it against 64, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 61% of Fasting Tracker App's written reviews are positive against 50% of 16's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Fasting Tracker App ships an update every 6 weeks, 16 every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
