# GPS Toolkit vs MyFixes

The clearest difference is update cadence: MyFixes at every 3 weeks against GPS Toolkit's every 19 months. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. GPS Toolkit sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and MyFixes sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

GPS Toolkit ships an update every 19 months, MyFixes every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 13, 2026 respectively.
