# Vidamax vs OPOS

The clearest difference is update cadence: OPOS at every 2 weeks against Vidamax's every 17 months. OPOS also leads on iOS requirement (12.0 vs 14.3). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Vidamax ships an update every 17 months, OPOS every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 27, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
