# Surehand vs Notch

The clearest difference is update cadence: Notch at every 2 months against Surehand's every 6 months. Surehand's advantage is iOS requirement (9.0 vs 18.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Surehand sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and Notch sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
