# BibleProject vs Broadcast Codec

The clearest difference is price: BibleProject at Free against Broadcast Codec's $14.99. BibleProject also leads on ratings volume (2.8K vs 1) and update cadence (every 4 weeks vs every 3 months). On rating, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

BibleProject is free to download; Broadcast Codec costs $14.99 up front. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for BibleProject against 5.0 for Broadcast Codec. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: BibleProject has 2.8K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
