# Squadle Workflows vs Noteshelf

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Squadle Workflows at 100% against Noteshelf's 58%. Squadle Workflows also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 17) and iOS requirement (16.0 vs 18.0). Noteshelf's advantage is rating (4.5 vs 4.0) and update cadence (every 3 days vs every 2 months). On price and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Noteshelf sells 17 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. Squadle Workflows asks for nothing beyond the download.

Noteshelf holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Noteshelf has 7.2K ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of Squadle Workflows's written reviews are positive against 58% of Noteshelf's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Squadle Workflows ships an update every 2 months, Noteshelf every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and November 2, 2026 respectively.
