# OBS Blade vs PLOT

The clearest difference is ads: OBS Blade at none against PLOT's shown. OBS Blade also leads on device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 26.0). PLOT's advantage is update cadence (every 4 days vs every 3 weeks). On price and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. OBS Blade sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and PLOT sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

OBS Blade ships an update every 3 weeks, PLOT every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 18, 2026 and October 5, 2026 respectively.
