# Foxar vs CardWeb

The clearest difference is rating: CardWeb at 5.0 against Foxar's 4.8. CardWeb also leads on iOS requirement (18.0 vs 26.4). Foxar's advantage is ratings volume (6 vs 1). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Foxar sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per month and CardWeb sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $19.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

CardWeb holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Foxar has 6 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Foxar ships an update weekly, CardWeb every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 12, 2026 and October 1, 2026 respectively.
