# Today vs Calendus

The clearest difference is update cadence: Calendus at every 5 days against Today's every 3 weeks. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Today sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and Calendus sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $12.00 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Today ships an update every 3 weeks, Calendus every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 27, 2026 and September 20, 2026 respectively.
