# Today vs OnMe

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: OnMe at none against Today's 8. OnMe also leads on update cadence (every 4 days vs every 3 weeks) and rating (5.0 vs 4.7). Today's advantage is ratings volume (27 vs 1). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Today sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. OnMe asks for nothing beyond the download.

OnMe holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Today has 27 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Today ships an update every 3 weeks, OnMe every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
