# iStrip+ vs DohomeStrip

The clearest difference is rating: DohomeStrip at 3.7 against iStrip+'s 2.8. DohomeStrip also leads on update cadence (every 4 weeks vs every 2 months). iStrip+'s advantage is ratings volume (449 vs 3) and review sentiment (42% vs 29%). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

DohomeStrip holds the better App Store score, 3.7 against 2.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: iStrip+ has 449 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 42% of iStrip+'s written reviews are positive against 29% of DohomeStrip's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

iStrip+ ships an update every 2 months, DohomeStrip every 4 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 13, 2026 and October 17, 2026 respectively.
