# NOEX Training Platform vs On Program

The clearest difference is rating: NOEX Training Platform at 5.0 against On Program's 4.5. NOEX Training Platform also leads on ads (none vs shown). On Program's advantage is update cadence (every 3 days vs every 2 weeks) and ratings volume (8 vs 1). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. NOEX Training Platform sells 13 in-app purchases, starting at $8.99 per month and On Program sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $14.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

NOEX Training Platform holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: On Program has 8 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

NOEX Training Platform ships an update every 2 weeks, On Program every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 9, 2026 and October 2, 2026 respectively.
