# Amcrest Go vs AMLINK Pro

The clearest difference is review sentiment: AMLINK Pro at 100% against Amcrest Go's 50%. AMLINK Pro also leads on ratings volume (7 vs 1). Amcrest Go's advantage is rating (4.0 vs 2.3) and iOS requirement (7.1 vs 13.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Amcrest Go holds the better App Store score, 4.0 against 2.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: AMLINK Pro has 7 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 50% of Amcrest Go's written reviews are positive against 100% of AMLINK Pro's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
