# Interval Timer vs Swiftdays

The clearest difference is update cadence: Swiftdays at weekly against Interval Timer's every 3 weeks. Swiftdays also leads on iOS requirement (17.0 vs 26.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Interval Timer sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and Swiftdays sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Interval Timer ships an update every 3 weeks, Swiftdays weekly. The most recent releases landed on September 22, 2026 and September 27, 2026 respectively.
