# x100 vs FormWise

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: x100 at none against FormWise's 3. x100 also leads on ratings volume (12 vs 1) and iOS requirement (14.0 vs 17.0). FormWise's advantage is update cadence (fortnightly vs every 8 months). On price, rating, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. FormWise sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. x100 asks for nothing beyond the download.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for x100 against 5.0 for FormWise. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: x100 has 12 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

x100 ships an update every 8 months, FormWise fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
