# Healthtrax vs Longplex

The clearest difference is update cadence: Healthtrax at every 5 months against Longplex's every 25 months. Longplex's advantage is iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Healthtrax ships an update every 5 months, Longplex every 25 months. The most recent releases landed on October 3, 2026 and September 27, 2026 respectively.
