# WeAudition vs Sideskick

The clearest difference is rating: Sideskick at 5.0 against WeAudition's 4.3. Sideskick also leads on monetization model (freemium vs subscription). WeAudition's advantage is ratings volume (122 vs 1). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. WeAudition sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $14.99 per month and Sideskick sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Sideskick holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: WeAudition has 122 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 23, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
