# Fitpage vs kaizen | Adaptive Run Training

The clearest difference is rating: kaizen | Adaptive Run Training at 4.7 against Fitpage's 2.3. kaizen | Adaptive Run Training also leads on update cadence (every 10 days vs monthly) and ratings volume (31 vs 3). Fitpage's advantage is monetization model (free with in-app purchases vs subscription) and review sentiment (83% vs 58%). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Fitpage sells 10 one-off in-app purchases and kaizen | Adaptive Run Training sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $12.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

kaizen | Adaptive Run Training holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 2.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: kaizen | Adaptive Run Training has 31 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 83% of Fitpage's written reviews are positive against 58% of kaizen | Adaptive Run Training's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Fitpage ships an update monthly, kaizen | Adaptive Run Training every 10 days. Both last shipped on November 3, 2026.
