# TimeDeck vs Minimum Clock

The clearest difference is review sentiment: TimeDeck at 57% against Minimum Clock's 0%. TimeDeck also leads on ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (67 vs 3). Minimum Clock's advantage is rating (4.3 vs 4.0) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 14.0). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. TimeDeck sells 5 one-off in-app purchases and Minimum Clock sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Minimum Clock holds the better App Store score, 4.3 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: TimeDeck has 67 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 57% of TimeDeck's written reviews are positive against 0% of Minimum Clock's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

TimeDeck ships an update monthly, Minimum Clock every 3 weeks. Both last shipped on October 6, 2026.
