# Linga vs Flags Quiz

The clearest difference is ads: Linga at none against Flags Quiz's shown. Linga also leads on ratings volume (199 vs 3) and rating (4.9 vs 4.7). Flags Quiz's advantage is update cadence (every 2 days vs every 2 weeks). On price, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Linga sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and Flags Quiz sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Linga holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Linga has 199 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Linga ships an update every 2 weeks, Flags Quiz every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on November 7, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
