# Positive Intelligence vs GroundApp

The clearest difference is update cadence: GroundApp at every 2 days against Positive Intelligence's fortnightly. GroundApp also leads on review sentiment (100% vs 78%) and rating (5.0 vs 4.7). Positive Intelligence's advantage is ratings volume (174 vs 11). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Positive Intelligence sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and GroundApp sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $29.99 per year. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

GroundApp holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Positive Intelligence has 174 ratings behind it against 11, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 78% of Positive Intelligence's written reviews are positive against 100% of GroundApp's.

Positive Intelligence ships an update fortnightly, GroundApp every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 14, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
