# Positive Intelligence vs Flap Daily Workout

The clearest difference is update cadence: Flap Daily Workout at every 5 days against Positive Intelligence's fortnightly. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Positive Intelligence sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Flap Daily Workout sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Positive Intelligence ships an update fortnightly, Flap Daily Workout every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 27, 2026 and October 19, 2026 respectively.
