# S2 Pass vs USSSA

The clearest difference is ratings volume: USSSA at 31K against S2 Pass's 1.4K. On price, rating, review sentiment and update cadence there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.8 for S2 Pass against 4.9 for USSSA. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: USSSA has 31K ratings behind it against 1.4K, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 59% of S2 Pass's written reviews are positive against 64% of USSSA's.
