# Sikhing vs Mattr

The clearest difference is rating: Sikhing at 2.8 against Mattr's 2.3. Sikhing also leads on ratings volume (40 vs 3). Mattr's advantage is update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 2 months) and review sentiment (39% vs 17%). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Sikhing sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $21.99 per month and Mattr sells 12 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Sikhing holds the better App Store score, 2.8 against 2.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Sikhing has 40 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 17% of Sikhing's written reviews are positive against 39% of Mattr's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Sikhing ships an update every 2 months, Mattr every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 14, 2026 and October 5, 2026 respectively.
