# Screen Recorder vs 录屏

The clearest difference is rating: 录屏 at 5.0 against Screen Recorder's 4.5. Screen Recorder's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and review sentiment (82% vs 57%). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Screen Recorder sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and 录屏 sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

录屏 holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Screen Recorder has 854 ratings behind it against 11, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 82% of Screen Recorder's written reviews are positive against 57% of 录屏's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Screen Recorder ships an update every 2 days, 录屏 every 8 days. Both last shipped on November 3, 2026.
