# Pocket Crochet vs InterTwined

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Pocket Crochet at 608 against InterTwined's 5. Pocket Crochet also leads on iOS requirement (15.0 vs 18.0). InterTwined's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 87%) and update cadence (every 5 days vs every 2 weeks). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Pocket Crochet sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and InterTwined sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Pocket Crochet against 5.0 for InterTwined. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Pocket Crochet has 608 ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 87% of Pocket Crochet's written reviews are positive against 100% of InterTwined's.

Pocket Crochet ships an update every 2 weeks, InterTwined every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 5, 2026 and October 10, 2026 respectively.
