# Sparrow vs Podium

The clearest difference is update cadence: Sparrow at every 2 weeks against Podium's monthly. Sparrow also leads on chart position (#152 vs unranked). Podium's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.1 vs 18.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Sparrow sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $14.99 per month and Podium sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Sparrow ships an update every 2 weeks, Podium monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
