# Vacuna vs Vaccy

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Vaccy at 215 against Vacuna's 9. Vaccy also leads on update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 6 weeks). Vacuna's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 85%) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 17.0). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Vacuna sells 5 one-off in-app purchases and Vaccy sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.7 for Vacuna against 4.7 for Vaccy. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Vaccy has 215 ratings behind it against 9, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 100% of Vacuna's written reviews are positive against 85% of Vaccy's.

Vacuna ships an update every 6 weeks, Vaccy every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 14, 2026 and October 18, 2026 respectively.
